Our food reflects our chef's passion; the menu is adapted often to utilise fresh seasonal ingredients and to create innovative food pairings for our diners to savour.

Founders and directors of the The Streatery, Kat & Karl have over 25 years combined experience working within the field of hospitality.
Kat is an experienced events and marketing professional, having worked at large companies ORGANISING their biggest events of the year, and now oversees all marketing aspects of The Streatery, The Dapper Spaniel Pub and Chef Karl Tyler Catering and Events
Karl is a formally trained chef with over a decade of experience working within restaurant & hotel settings, including Michelin Star & Rosette rated establishments across the East Midlands, Australia and New Zealand.
"We love to use our experience from travelling to incorporate different cuisines into the dishes and try new things which is where the interests in street food came from; we are passionate about using fantastic quality produce to create some truly unique food like nothing you have tasted before."
Currently, the dog loving duo also run their own award winning dog friendly gastro pub, The Dapper Spaniel (located in Nottinghamshire) and continue to offer premium bespoke catering services via their original catering company.
